North American Foo Fighters fans have lot to look forward to as the band have booked more dates there in support of 2017’s Concrete and Gold. Thirty-three dates from July through October will take the band through different arenas and with various support acts on each stop.
The Struts, The Beaches, The Monsieurs, Dinosaur Jr., Speedy Ortiz, Melkbelly, Touched by Gohul, The Joy Formidable and Gang of Youths will all be openers for the Foo Fighters on this upcoming run, though there will be no more than two opening a night.
The band released Concrete and Gold on September 15, 2017, which became their second album to reach #1 in the United States, and was the band’s first album to feature longtime session and touring keyboardist Rami Jaffee as a full member.
The Foo Fighters have won four Grammy Awards in their career for Best Rock Album. As of 2015, the band has sold 12 million copies in the United States alone.
