Former Kyuss Drummer Brant Bjork Announces New Solo Album Mankind Woman for September 2018 Release

The former Kyuss member and singer Brant Bjork just recorded and announced the release of a new solo album titled, Mankind Woman. The album is set for a September 14 release.

This Heavvy Psych Sounds Records production is his 13th solo effort. A recent press release says that “this is Bjork’s most lyrically complex, as well as his first that integrated a producer and a co-writer.”

Bjork is more than just a stoner rock singer. He is also a multi-instrumentalist, singer, songwriter, and producer. Although best known as a drummer and founder of Kyuss, Bjork has produced many albums and songs as a member of Kyuss, Fu Manchu, and a solo artist. This is a transition for Bjork who may surprise listeners with this new project.

Bjork also plans to go on a lengthy tour around Europe promoting his new solo work. You can preorder the record with includes tracks:
