Lily Allen recently released another track off of her fourth album, No Shame, called “Lost My Mind,” with a new music video in tow. The video has Allen singing in frustration around a gravity-defying apartment about a relationship that has gone awry. Allen’s vocals are gentle, while the song slowly builds on itself she sets depressing lyrics against an upbeat tune to represent the state of her inner chaos. The lyrics briefly touch on Lily’s divorce with Sam Cooper and how it left her in a state of constant monotony and a lack of clarity. The video can be seen below.
Allen’s album, currently scheduled for release on June 8th, has already revealed three other songs from its tracklist: “Higher” with MC Meridian Dan,”Three,” and “Trigger Bang” (featuring Giggs), with the latter also getting its own music video.
Allen will also be going on her first North American tour in 4 years to support the album, the tour kicking off in Santa Ana, CA on October 5th. Allen will have a total of around 22 stops on the North American leg of her tour.
