The Internet Pair Up in Syd-Directed Video for “Come Over”

The most recent single “Come Over” from Los Angeles soul hip hop band The Internet now has a fun-filled video to go along with it. The video was directed by band front woman Syd and the song is one of the soulful tracks from the heavily anticipated album HIVE MIND, due out July 20.

The album will be the bands fourth full length studio album and follow up to 2015s Grammy nominated Ego Death. After exploring solo efforts the members of The Internet have teamed up to provide a futuristic effort that displays their growth creatively as it challenges the foundations of the neo-soul sound.

The video features clips of each member of the band embracing their partner in between jamming in the garage and bedroom. Syd passionately serenades a desired partner of her own while confidently leading the band in a light-hearted jam session. The video resolves with the band rejoicing together in matching colors and style while the viewer experiences the bouncing grooves that The Internet offers up in convincing fashion.
