Robert Schnieder, a member of the band Apples In Stereo, has formed a new band called Air-Sea Dolphin and this band has released a new song titled “Bells (Song For Geoff W)” It was also announced that they are releasing a video game. The video game was created by Matt and Mike Chapman, members of the band Homestar Runner. It is also programmed by Schneider’s 17-year-old son, Max Schneider. Listen to the new track below.
The song comes along with the announcement that a split 7″ with fellow band Sloshy will also be released on June 2nd. According to a press release, Sloshy is the “indie-rock joke band” created by Homestar Runner. Air-Sea Dolphin is the combo of guitarist Matt Chapman and bassist Mike Chapman (a.k.a. the Brothers Chaps from Homestar Runner), guitarist Ryan Sterritt and drummer Jamey Huggins (Of Montreal, Elfpower, Great Lakes), with Schneider singing and writing most of the songs. Both groups rarely play live this Saturday in Atlanta, GA with fellow labelmates Henry and Sarah Owings.

Along with Air-Sea Dolphin, Schneider is also the vocalist for The Apples in Stereo. The band has made nine albums so far and their music has been featured in many television shows including The Powerpuff Girls and Yo Gabba Gabba. Homestar Runner, also known as The Brother Chaps have been releasing cartoon series for over a decade and continue to do an amazing job.
