Experimental Supergroup Anywhere Featuring Cedric Bixler Zavala, Dale Crover and Mike Watt Quietly Released Long-Awaited Second Album on Record Store Day 2018

Supergroup Anywhere have quietly released their second full-length album Anywhere II on Record Store Day. Anywhere is collaborative effort between Triclops! guitarist Christian Eric Beaulieu, The Mars Volta’s Cedric Bixler Zavala, and an expansive list of other collaborators.

Anywhere II follows their 2012 self-titled release. The project was spearheaded by Christian Eric Beaulieu and Cedric Bixler Zavala from The Mars Volta, and quickly exploded into an expansive work involving artists and musicians from all parts of California, and the  world famous musicians playing non-famous instruments, all arranged and overseen by a mostly unknown, humble guitar playing surfer dude. The line-up of “II” finds Beaulieu and Zavala accompanied by Krist Novoselic, Mike Watt, Dale Crover, Jonathan Hischke, members of Comets On Fire, Earthless, Flying Luttenbachers, Sleepy Sun, Lieutenant, Golden, Black Fork, Victims Family with guest vocals from Naima Mora, the winner of America’s Next Top Model’s fourth season.
