Fire At Stagecoach Camping Area Destroys Several RVs

A fire has destroyed three recreational vehicles and damaged a fourth at the annual Stagecoach Festival in Indio, California, according to KTLA. The fire was contained in less than ten minutes and no injuries were reported. Firefighters responded to reports of a vehicle fire at 2:10 p.m. at the Empire Polo Club in Indio, Tawny Cabral of the Cal Fire Riverside County Fire Department said in a statement. The cause of the fire is currently unknown and under investigation.

The Stagecoach Festival, founded by Paul Tollet, took place for the first time in 2007. The festival is presented by Goldenvoice, and is known as a sister event to the Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival which takes place the previous weekend in the same location. This year’s festival line-up included Aaron Watson, Adam Doleac, Ashley McBryde, and the Banditos.

Mxdwn recently featured some stunning day 2 photos of the festival which included Keith Urban, Dwight Yoakam, and Kacey Musgraves.
