Twin Shadow Can’t Deal With One Night Stands In New Song “When You’re Wrong”

Through a new press release, Twin Shadow has released a new single from their upcoming album Caer (out April 7). On April 13, George Lewis Jr aka Twin Shadow shared a new song with the world alongside a new video called “When You’re Wrong.” The new album Caer is set to release on April 27th 2018 through Warner Bros/Reprise.

In support of the upcoming album, Lewis Jr will embark on a spring tour alongside the infamous Beck and alt-J, which includes sold out headliner shows in New York and San Francisco. There will also be some intimate performances at The Standard in Los Angeles and at Amoeba Records in San Francisco. Check out below for the beautiful new song as well as the Caer tracklist and the upcoming tour dates.

The song features the sound that has become synonymous with Twin Shadow: classic 1980s synth mixed with the jamming beats of the 21st century. And although the video accompanying the music is simple, it really brings out the best of the song as it lets the beat control its movements.

Jeremy Bacharach: Born in Los Angeles, CA, Jeremy has always been a lover of music. After graduating Hamilton High School with a focus in technical theatre, Jeremy ventured forth to Portland, Oregon so as to study at Lewis and Clark College. After bouncing around majors, he decided to focus on music composition and theory for the purpose of understanding why he loves what he loves. Aside from his major studies in composition, Jeremy also partook in sutdying Jazz Guitar, choir, and piano for the pure joy (and the requirements). Being able to write about what has become the main focus in his life only brings more joy to Jeremy as he is extrmely grateful to be a part of mxdwn!
