Float Festival Announces 2018 Lineup Featuring Tame Impala, Bassnectar and Snoop Dogg

Float Festival has announced the lineup for their 2018 event on July 21 to 22nd in San Marcos, Texas. This year’s lineup features Tame Impala, who will be performing at Desert Daze and the Pitchfork Music Festival, Bassnectar,  who has released Reflective Part Two and will be performing at Electric Forest, and Snoop Dogg, who will be performing at Grizzly Festival.

Float Festival is an annual music festival held along the San Marcos River in San Marcos, Texas. Previous artists that have performed are Ghostland Observatory, Future Islands, and The Misfit.

This year’s lineup consists of Tame Impala, Bassnectar, Snoop Dogg, Modest Mouse, Run The Jewels, Glass Animals, Lil Wayne, Toadies, Cashmere Cat, White Denim, Preservation Hall Jazz Band, Bun B, The Suffers, Joywave, Com Truise, Grandson, Blackillac, A Giant Dog, Mainman, The Wild Now, Bronze Whale, and Vodi. Shuttle services are available from Austin, San Marcos and San Antonio with most of them departing every hour, on the hour, to the party. When coming home these three locations have schedules 9 pm, 11 pm and 1:45 am depending on the service. There are also different camping areas available. The tickets can be bought through the festival’s website.
