Ashley Nicolette Frangipane aka Halsey is an American singer-songwriter who has taken our hearts by storm. Through a recent press release, Halsey has announced a new single that features Big Sean and Stefflon Don. This single is very relative to her past as it is a new variation and version on the track “Alone,” however, features the hard hitting lyrics of the aforementioned featured artist.
The single has already amassed over 20 million streams with a critic on The Guardian stating it is “the album’s standout.”
In the past, Halsey has been nominated for “Outstanding Music Artist” for her work hopeless fountain kingdom in the 2018 GLAAD Awards ceremony. She has also made a fashion name for herself as Yves Saint Laurent’s new brand ambassador in which she will help create and share makeup looks as well as speaking about the brand itself. Most recently she has been cast in the new animated film for the hit TV show Teen Titans GO! as the voice of Wonder Woman.
Halsey has also, in the past, teamed with G-Eazy for the platinum hit “Him & I” which is the most recent number 1 on the Billboard’s Pop Songs Airplay Chart as well as number 1 on the top 40 radio. “Him & I” has gained 400 million streams since its release and has added more ammo to her already enormous musical arsenal.
