Bowling for Soup, Live at 3Ten Austin City Limits

Bowling for Soup is a Pop Punk/Rock style band originally formed in Wichita Falls, TX in the early 1990’s. BFS took off slowly but surely after forming. Originally playing at small venues near their hometown, the band was a local favorite increasing to statewide popularity until a few hit songs took off, taking them to the Grammy’s within a few years. This classic American boy band is still thriving after a few decades, and going out on tour.

After ending a relationship with Jive Records years ago, Bowling for Soup continues going strong and sharing their contagious feel-good music. The band’s singer Jaret Reddick, drummer Gary Wiseman, bass guitarist Erik Chandler and guitarist Chris Burney are heading to Austin on Friday, April 20th. They will be playing some of their smash hits as well as songs from the band’s most recent album, Drunk Dynasty, which was out in 2016. Opening for the Austin show, the DollyRots, an American pop punk band with a similar sound.
