Wand Announce New Album Perfume For May 2018 Release and Share Hazy New Song “The Gift”

Wand

Los Angeles psych band Wand are showing they are just as prolific as their peers with another album announcement this one to be titled Perfume. The record will come out on May 25, 2018 and marks their second album in as many years following 2017’s great leap forward on Plum (though this is technically a 7-song EP). Along with the new album, they’ve shared a song from the album, a spare, shuffling rocker called “The Gift” that features wailing guitar leads and a classic piano arrangement. Despite only being a little over four minutes long, “The Gift” covers a wide range of sonic territory and showcases the band’s ever-expanding ambition.

Perfume track list

2. Town Meeting
3. The Gift
4. Hiss
