Bishop Nehru Releases New MF DOOM Produced Song “Rooftops”

Bishop Nehru has released “Rooftops”. This follow’s the artist’s announcement of Elevators: I & II and the short tour dates to share clues of his album.

The song was produced by MF DOOM, and acts as a single for the upcoming album Elevators, which will be released on March 16th. MF DOOM gives off the jazz influenced beats, while Bishop Nehru delivers the verses. According to the press release, when speaking about the video, Bishop explains, “‘Rooftops’ symbolizes the fall of the Titans and how they must rise back into their own powers. They must realize that the “gods” have used their own power against them to reclaim their spot.. Like the Titans, we must mentally and more importantly spiritually reclaim our power.”

The video shows the artist sitting on the edge of the roof and then starts falling from the building on an urban landscape, with the streaks of blue and red as the fall continues. The video can be watched below.
