My Life With The Thrill Kill Kult Announce Spring 2018 30th Anniversary Tour Dates

Known as the pioneers of the industrial music genre, My Life With The Thrill Kill Kult is hitting the road again for part two of their 30th Anniversary show. The 14 city North American tour will begin April 10th at Trixie’s in Louisville, KY and will continue through April before ending April 28th at the Wire in Berwyn, Ill.

My Life With The Thrill Kill Kult was formed in Chicago Illinois by creators Frankie Nardiello aka Groovie Mann and Marston Daley aka Buzz McCoy. They had initially wanted to write and produce a trashy thriller film just like the films of John Waters and Russ Myers. That intent quickly transformed into something even better, a musical group of the same name. Unlike film, which they had little to no expertise in, they did know a little something about music. In the late 70s, Nardiello fronted a couple of Chicago bands called The DT’S and Special Affect, as well as singing for Drowning Craze, a British post-punk group. Daley had attended Berklee College of Music where he studied Jazz.

During their 30th anniversary show, My Life With The Thrill Kill Kult will turn the clocks back and perform their first two iconic 80s albums on Wax Trax! Records, 1988’s I See Go Spirits And I See Bad Spirits and 1990 Confessions Of A Knife as well as other TKK favorites from the era.

To help support their celebration, veteran performers will join Mann and McCoy on stage including Mimi Star on bass, Justin Tyme on drums, and “Bomb Gang Girl” Arena Rock on vocals.
