Napalm Death Releases Brutal New Song “Oh So Pseudo”

In a recent story, Loud Wire reported that Napalm Death has released a new vicious song Oh So Pseudo from Coded Smears And More Uncommon Slurs, the band’s upcoming compilation.

Napalm Death, the British extreme metal band, recorded their new track Oh So Pseudo, during a session for Apex Predator – Easy Meat, the band’s fifteenth album, which was released in 2015 through Century Media.

Napalm Death’s bassist, Shane Embury said: “We are very thrilled to be finally releasing this compilation of rarities and covers from the past 10 years, Napalm Death is a band that gives 100 percent when writing a song, so the songs included on this comp were originally for split EP’s now sold out or vinyl editions of our albums or to become Japanese bonus tracks.” He added: “When I was compiling the track listing I was struck by how exciting again these tunes are to me. I had actually forgotten some of them, haha! We have written so many tracks and the years go by so quick that you forget just how fucking great these songs are! We will most certainly be blasting a few of these out live on our upcoming shows… Cheers and see you on the road!”

The band’s upcoming compilation, Coded Smears and More Uncommon Slurs, includes 31 tracks.

The pioneers of the Grindcore genre, Napalm Death, was formed in England in 1981. Though the original members have all departed from the band, the line-up the lineup of, Mark “Barney” Greenway (Vocalist), Shane Embury (bassist), Mitch Harris (guitarist) and Danny Herrera (drummer), has been consistent since 1992.  The band has released fifteen studio albums, and according to Nielsen SoundScan, they are the seventh best-selling death metal band in the U.S.
