Dessa has released a lyric video for “Fire Drill”. The song is a part of Chime, and the artist has also released “Good Grief”.
The lyric video was created by Adam Dunn and the music production by Andy Thompson and Lazerbeak. The song begins with quick strumming of a instrument sounding like a sitar and followed by a slightly slower drum rhythm, giving a loud effect. With each introduction of the chorus, the beats become softer. The artist raps about different topics such as being a woman in this world and travelling around the world as she mentions places like the Taj Mahal. The song can be heard below.
After the release of All Hands, Dessa has been working with Doomtree to support the band’s spinoff, Shredders, as the band gets ready for shows starting from late January to early February. This follows after Shredders announced album release and released a music video for “Entertainment”. Dessa will also be having a solo show on January 27th and January 31st.
