The Men Announce New Album Drift for March 2018 Release

Prolific New York City noise rock turned classic rock band The Men are back with the announcement of another new album, titled Drift. According to their official blog, the album is scheduled for a March 2, 2018 release through Sacred Bones, and judging from the first single “Maybe I’m Crazy,” it appears to be another step back towards their gritty roots. However rough “Maybe I’m Crazy Sounds,” it is notable that it (along with seven of the other tracks on Drift) does not feature electric guitar.

Drift not only marks the band’s seventh full-length album, it is also a celebration of their 10 year anniversary as a band. Additionally, it marks their return to longtime home Sacred Bones after releasing 2016’s Devil Music on their own.

The band will also play a couple of record release shows in Brooklyn. The shows will be March 2 and 3 at Union Pool.

Drift track list:

1. Maybe I’m Crazy
2. When I Held You in My Arms
3. Secret Light
4. Rose on Top of the World
5. So High
6. Killed Someone
7. Sleep
8. Final Prayer
9. Come to Me
