Everyone’s favorite reggae-metal band Skindred are back in the studio recording their 7th full-length album, as reported by The PRP. The group last released an album in 2015 in the form of the excellent Volume. While the notion of combining reggae and rap with metal and hardcore punk might seem ludicrous on the surface, few bands are as talented as Skindred when it comes to pulling off the combination.
Since their formation in 1998, the band has become a mainstay in the underground metal scene, with their unique sonic profile providing them with plenty of diehard fans during their career. Known for their incendiary live shows, fans can expect Skindred to follow up the recording process with a series of tour dates to show off the new material.
