Jonathan Davis Confirms New Solo Album And Supporting 2018 Tour

The PRP has reported that Korn frontman Jonathan Davis is in the process of recording tracks for an upcoming solo album and supporting tour in 2018. In a recent Facebook live stream, Davis stated that he was finishing up the recording process for a new solo release, tracks that he had been working on for over ten years. He went on to say that he had shot a couple of music videos for the album and that a tour was in the works for next year. No tour dates have been announced yet aside from a performance at Hellfest in June.

This marks the first new release from Davis since his first solo album, Alone I Play, came out in 2007. Korn appears primed for another strong year of festival performances as they have already been announced to play at the Download Festival in Melbourne in June.

There is no word yet on how Davis will be releasing the record though one would imagine that since Korn is currently signed with Roadrunner records, that Davis will be teaming up with them to distribute the album.
