The British rock band with the talented double name are returning with new music to add to their discography. Django Django is just one month away from releasing their third full-length album titled Marble Skies, which is set to be released January 26th via Ribbon Music. The band, consisting of David Maclean, Vincent Neff, Jimmy Dixon and Tommy Grace, have come up with another concise and focused album. They have previously shared their first single, “Tick Tack Toe” which went immediately to #1 on the specialty radio chart here in the US. Today, the band presents another new track, “In Your Beat” alongside an accompanying video for fans to ooh and awe at.
Just like their previous shared track, “In Your Beat” is another fun and an infectious single that is very synth heavy. The perfect song to listen during the drab days. The video that comes with it is decorated with art pop. Watching the video makes one think back to Terry Gilliam’s work on Monty Python.
The accompanying video of “In Your Beat” was directed by SKG aka Sophie Koko-Gate with art direction by Brodie Kaman. Drummer/producer Dave Maclean comments “I found Brodie’s work online and was a big fan of his graphic style and his influences from rave flyers and DIY punk aesthetics. I had the idea that we could make his posters into a video and bring them to life. He was into the idea, so we brought Sophie on board to animate his mocked-up posters and bring the band into his 2D poster world.”

Marble Skies will be released and available to purchase and stream starting January 26 via Ribbon Music. It will be available digitally, on CD, standard LP and a deluxe colored starburst vinyl via the Ribbon Mart.The band has also announced UK and EU tour dates for both February and March.
