Jamey Jasta and Dee Snider Have Been Planning A New Heavy Metal Project

Hatebreed

Jamey Jasta and Dee Snider are moving forward with their previously rumored plans for a collaboration. Jasta is known for being the lead singer of the heavy metal group Hatebreed, while Dee Snider gets his reputation for being the former lead singer of the iconic 80s hair metal band, Twisted Sister.

The two have been discussing plans to collaborate for some time now, but until now it was just hearsay. Jasta has been bringing up the idea on his podcast, The Jasta Show, but there was never any conformation on Snider’s end until today. The two have both taken to Twitter today to share progress and plans for project.

According to The PRP, the project will feature other notable artists such as Howard Jones who is well know for his previous vocal work with Killswitch Engage and Blood Has Been Shed, and his current work with Light the Torch.

There is no news on the release date or official tracklist just yet though. Fans can expect something special though if Snider is able to successfully interweave his 80s upbeat metal vibe with Jasta’s grungier sound.
