On Friday, hip hop Producer and DJ Gaslamp Killer was accused of drugging and raping two women back in 2013. While he was quick to deny the claims, the Brooklyn Electronic Music Festival canceled his scheduled show and Low End Theory, and an experimental hip hop and electronic music night at The Airliner in Los Angeles dropped him from the club.

Fellow producer and artist Flying Lotus decided to join the conversation about the accusations during his performance at the Hollywood Forever Cemetery this weekend.

While on stage towards the end of his show, he said “The internet is a fuckin’ liar. Ain’t nobody judge and jury but the fuckin’ law, okay?… Thank you guys so much for coming, let truth and justice have its day.” He then proceeded to close out the show with a song by Gaslamp killer.

Gaslamp Killer’s old record label released a statement regarding the allegations, and said “We did not have any knowledge of the alleged incidents, and condemn any such actions across the board.”
