Webcast: Watch the Austin City Limits Festival 2017 Livestream

One of the most seminal music festivals in the United States is about to get underway this weekend. Austin City Limits Festival was founded way back in 2002, and has become one of the preeminent music gatherings for music lovers. This year boasts a lineup that includes big name commercial acts like Gorillaz, Red Hot Chili Peppers, Royal Blood and Foster the People (and out of nowhere, Portugal. The Man). If you cannot afford the scratch to to pay for tickets to this music extravaganza, or simply cannot find a way to get down to Austin, TX this weekend, you are in luck. Red Bull TV is hosting a livestream of the proceedings so you can watch from the comfort of your home.

In addition to the highest profile acts at ACL, there are plenty of indie superstars as well – Ryan Adams, Spoon, Angel Olsen, Ought and more will be present at this festival. Also making an appearance worth noting are acts like Australian electronic wizards Cut Copy, back-to-basics bluesy rocker Benjamin Booker, and hyper-sexual (and supremely talented) Scandinavian pop songstress Tove Lo. Also worth noting are bands like DREAMCAR which is basically AFI’s Davey Havok playing new wave/darkwave songs with the instrument-toting members of No Doubt, singer for The Walkmen Hamilton Leigthauser, and alternative dance troupe RÜFÜS DU SOL.
