With the Black Dahlia Murder’s upcoming 8th record Nightbringers only two days away, the band has given a slight teaser with an incredible new track by the name of “Kings of the Nightworld.”
For Nightbringers, the group tracked guitars, bass and drums with their former bassist Ryan Williams, while vocals were tracked with Joe Cincotta before turning it over to Jacob Hansen for mixing and mastering at Hansen Studios in Denmark.
“Death metal is for free thinkers,” claimed vocalist Trevor Strnad. “It’s for showing people the path to inner strength and operating on your own will, instead of being told what to do and living in fear, and songs like the title track and ‘Kings of the Nightworld’ are about leading a legion of awakened minds into battle.”
With swirling guitars and in-your-face vocals, Strnad and his BDM bandmates pummel listeners through the ferocity of the making themselves worthy of the title “Kings of the Nightworld.”
In support Nightbringers, the Black Dahlia Murder will be spending plenty of time on tour, kicking off the day of the release in Rochester, NY, and continues for a month before stopping November 11 in Louisville, KY. Supporting BDM will be Suffocation, Decrepit Birth, Necrot and Wormwitch, spending time with the band separately throughout the fall run. The band will then resume touring in Europe in February and March of next year.
