Rock star Marilyn Manson’s New York show ended abruptly last night after the singer was injured when a large stage prop appeared to fall on him. Manson was taken to the hospital, and the rest of the show was unfortunately canceled. Manson was taken away on a stretcher from the concert venue to a hospital for treatment.
According to ThePRP, Manson’s tour plans are on hold following last night’s injury.
His representative told Pitchfork, “Manson suffered an injury towards the end of an incredible NYC show. He is being treated at a local hospital.”

Manson’s bandmate Tyler Bates told fans on Instagram that the tour will resume at a later date. According to The Rolling Stone, Manson is cancelling the next 9 shows, but they will be rescheduled for a later date. Manson’s rep said, “The shows from Boston, October 2 through Houston, October 14 will be rescheduled for a later date. Manson hopes to return to the stage soon, more details on upcoming shows to follow.”
