The Horrors Release Dub-Influenced New Song “Weighed Down”

The Horrors have released their new single titled “Weighed Down” today. The single has a lot dub influences and a pulsing electronic beat, much different than their last two singles “Weighed Down” is the third single from the band’s new album V, out September 22nd.

The song is very chill and kind of relaxing, the electronic influences and Faris Badwan’s calm vocals make the song perfect for just about any occasion.

The band members have been working with Grammy award winning producer Paul Epworth, who’s best known for his work with Lorde, Rihanna, Adele, FKA Twigs, Usher, and more.

The Horros previous single “Something To Remember Me By” is one of their most acclaimed singles to date, with publications like Stereogum saying, “they’ve added another masterwork in their collection of epics, a song that promises nearly-nonstop catharsis.”

The band will also head out on a short tour to support the new music. Check out those dates below.
