Tobacco, who has recently released Ripe and Majestic, has released a song “Eye Punch”. This will be a part of their upcoming album.
The song starts out with electric mixed with light drumming, and continues with the same pattern with a slightly heavier tone. Even though there are no lyrics, there are vocals that sing along with the pattern. Near the ending, there’s a type of static noise that adds to the electric guitar and drumming. This overall gives a type of hallucinating tone. The song can be listened to below.
The song is listed as a random outtake in 2011 in this collection of songs that are “old stuff” According to the press release, Eye Punch is described as “If you were to listen to “Eye Panch” on drugs, most of what you heard would be reminisced when the drugs wore off. ”
