Bon Iver Forced to Cancel Mexican Concert Vacation Due To Unforeseen Circumstances

Disappointing news for Bon Iver fans going to the Mexican Concert Vacation at the Hard Rock Hotel Riveria Maya, the festival has been cancelled. According to Pitchfork, the event, that was going to take place in January of next year, was apparently called off due to, “due to unforeseen circumstances.” According to the organizers website, full refunds will be issued immediately. “We are very sorry for the inconvenience,” they added. On top of three full performances from Bon Iver, performances were also expected from Sylvan Esso, Francis and the Lights, Hiss Golden Messenger, and more.

Bon Iver will will be heading out to Europe for a tour to support his 2016 album 22, A Million this September. These new dates are taking place after the earlier shows were canceled for “personal reasons”.
