A$AP MOB @ Bill Graham Civic Auditorium 10/25

American based A$AP Mob is coming to San Francisco as part of their Too Cozy Tour this Fall to deliver nothing but a great show alongside with other associated acts such as Playboi Carti, Kay and Cozy Boys! They will be performing at the Bill Graham Civic Auditorium on October 25^th, 2017.

The American hip hop collective formed in 2006 by members A$AP Bari, A$AP Illz and A$AP Yams is well known for their great aesthetics in different rap strings as well as for their throwback vibe and smoky beats. A$AP Mob is mainly comprised of Harlem-based rappers, record producers and both fashion & graphic designers who share a similar interest in music, fashion, and arts.

This connection between each of the members’ style and interest is reflected in both their music and fashion as their smoky beats match their Gothic and Masonic symbolism preference for style. The ‘A$AP’ moniker is what brings their passion and multiple skills together, and most of the members carry it as a reminder that it’s been their different skills and interests that have driven the collective to A$AP – “Always Strive and Prosper.” A$AP Rocky is the perfect representation of the meaning behind the mob’s name, as he’s considered to be the most successful member, who was able not only to strive but to thrive with the help of his ‘brothers.’

Rocky’s commercial success began upon the release of his debut mixtape Live.Love.A$AP in 2011 followed by his debut single ‘Peso’ and ‘Trilla.’ His success has helped the realization of his fellow artists as well as the success of A$AP Mob as a whole; especially with their second album Cozy Tapes with beats such as ‘Yamborghini High’ and ‘RAF,’ which surpassed their debut’s album L.O.R.D.
