Metallica & Avenged Sevenfold Live at The Rose Bowl in Pasadena

On Saturday, July 29 metal legends Metallica headed to the historic Rose Bowl for a show with openers Avenged Sevenfold and Gojira. The band recently released their 10th studio album Hardwired… to Self-Destruct and treated the audience to songs from the album as well as classics like “The Unforgiven” (dedicated to the late Chester Bennington), “Sad But True,” “Fade to Black” and “Battery.”

Mauricio Alvarado: I've been a concert photographer for the past 5 years. My work has been featured on various music magazines and websites. Some of the bands I've photographed are Yes, Black Sabbath, Iron Maiden, Slayer, Rob Zombie, Santana, and many more. I'm obsessed with 70's Progressive Rock music.
