American producer and lead vocalist for NOFX Fat Mike has teamed up with Synergy Global Entertainment and Brew Ha Ha Productions and just announced the Punk in Drublic Festival tour lineup, featuring NOFX, Flogging Molly, and Bad Religion. The festival will make several stops across the United States including: Tacoma, WA; Boise, ID; the Bay area; Sacramento, CA; and Huntington Beach,CA — however, just the first two cities lineups have been released. The craft beer and music festival will take place on Sept. 16 in Washington and Sept. 17 in Idaho. Tickets for the anticipated upcoming events go on sale July 28 at 10 a.m.
Inside the festival, a limited edition craft beer made by Fat Mike and collaborators Stone Brewing called NOFX Punk In Drublic Hoppy Lager company will be available for purchase, but only before 4 p.m. so fill up while you can. Lucky for festival attendees, craft beer tastings are included with admission.
The director of events for Brew Ha Ha productions Cameron Collins said, “Craft beer and punk rock are cut from the same cloth. Small, independent, and up against some big challenges: taking on BIG BEER, and local bands determined to do it their way, despite what might make them a quick buck. Punk In Drublic throws off the mantle of the ordinary to create an event unlike any other…a perfect pairing of craft beer and punk rock!”
The name of the festival stems from NOFX’s fifth studio album released in 1994 entitled Punk In Drublic, which sold over a million copies worldwide.
