Together Pangea (stylized “together PANGEA) is a rock band from Santa Clarita. Together since 2009, the group consists of schoolmates William Keegan, Danny Bengston and Erik Jimenez. The indie band has released three full-length albums and four extended plays over the years. Formerly known as just Pangea, the group is now called Together Pangea as the members felt that its important for people to come together (Get it? As in the supercontinent).
The band is known for its dark emotional music that can be described as indie, but also grungy and definitely garage-punk. However, the bandmates don’t like being labeled into one genre. After the release of their second album, Living Dummy, the band played with the likes of Ty Segall, FIDLAR and The Black Lips. Together Pangea’s latest album Badillac was released back in 2014 after the group had gained a strong fan base.
Together Pangea are touring heavily this fall and scheduled to make a stop at Chicago’s Bottom Lounge October 6th.
