HAIM , who’s been producing a new album Something To Tell You releasing in July, has revealed the story behind the fourth member, Frime Haim, in the new video from Funny or Die. The member is portrayed by Oscar-winning actress Brie Larson.
In the video, the other sisters are invited to Frime’s house, which is technically their mom’s house, under the idea that there was news about grandma. Instead Frime tells the sisters that she’s ready to join the band but the sisters don’t seem to be too pleased. As the sisters continue to tell her that she’s not going to be in the band, Frime pushes the sisters to rethink through begging and saying can’t it be four sisters?” The Beatles made it work.
The actress continues to portray Frime as a obnoxious and ignorant character, as the sisters tell her that she is a Haim, but she tells the sisters she didn’t know her last name and that the band is having an upcoming album released. She continues to create a parody of “Hey Jude” and referring to the Beatles as brothers, until their mom comes home. The video can be watched below.
