Washed Out Announces Summer 2017 Tour Dates

Washed Out has announced a North American summer tour that will start from July 8th in Norfolk, Virginia to August 31st in Washington D.C., with a additional stop in November at a music festival. According to Pitchfork, these dates are an extension to the previous dates announced in North Carolina and Georgia.

This tour supports the upcoming album, Mister Mellow, which is due June 3oth through Stone Throw. The tour will have a couple of big breaks between the date between Atlanta and Houston, and later Washington D.C. and Sound On Sound Music Festival. The tour dates are listed below.

According to a press release, the album is described as a “Further moving away from the synthesizer-driven sounds of his early work.” The songs that have been released so far are “Get Lost” , after releasing vague teaser GIF and changing social media accounts,  and “Hard to Say Goodbye”.
