As reported by Rolling Stone, Liam Gallagher will be releasing his first solo album, As You Were this October. The record will be released on October 6th and is now available for pre-order on Gallagher’s website.
The album will be released in a variety of different formats including a deluxe edition which will feature a hardcover book, an exclusive seven-inch single and an art print by Klaus Vorrman, who designed the album art for The Beatles’ Revolver.
Gallagher has released the first single off the album, “Wall of Glass,” and will release the record’s 2nd single “Chinatown” on June 30th.
Gallagher also released details for a 9-date North American tour this fall. Fans who purchase tickets for the tour will also receive digital or physical copy of As You Were.
The former Oasis singer has kept busy in recent years with his band Beady Eye but is now venturing out on his own for the first time.
