Godspeed You! Black Emperor has announced a fall European tour that will last from October 13th in Rome, Italy to November 7th in Paris, France.
Since reuniting in 2010, Godspeed You! Black Emperor have released two albums. Allelujah! Don’t Bend! Ascend! was released in 2013, and Asunder, Sweet and Other Distress was released in 2015.
This will be the first time since early 2016 that the band has a tour set. After the festival in Italy, the band will officially begin their tour in Fribourg, CH. According to Consquence of Sound, the tour will start at a festival with two special performances of a project with a Canadian Dance company called Holy Body Tattoo. After the first tour date, the band will be playing in the United Kingdom, Switzerland, France, Belgium, Netherlands and Denmark. A little bit less than half the tour dates are set in different parts of France. The tour dates are listed below.
