Jenny Lee of Warpaint Makes a Guest Appearance on New Trentemøller Video “Hands Down”

Danish electronic producer Trentemøller (aka Anders Trentemøller) released his 4th studio album, Fixion,  last September via his own label, In My Room.  6 months later, Trentemøller is back with a new single and video entitled ‘Hands Down’.

This song is the first official release Trentemøller since his last studio album, which also included quite interesting collaborations, such as Jehnny Beth, from Savages, for example. The song features the vocals of Warpaint bassist Jenny Lee. “Hands Down” follows a trend of Trentemøller in that his music is much less electronic when accompanied. The duo collaborated last year for a remixed version of Jenny Lee’s song “Boom Boom”.

‘Hands Down’ was directed by Justin Tyler Close directed the clip and depicts Linberg seemingly getting kidnapped in a series of bizarre images that is very Trentemøller.

Listen to this incredible collaboration between one of the most perfectionist and respected electronic music producers in the world and one of the most beloved indie rock figures.
