Mexican Vans Warped Tour has faced a last minute postponement. According to THEPRP, the tour would originally be held at Foro Pegaso in Toluca, Mexico on May 27th, but will now be moved to October 22nd at Ciudad De Mexico in Mexico City, Mexico.
The Vans Warped Tour Mexico on Facebook has released a letter, about a week ago, explaining the situation. The letter states that the festival has some inconvenience with scheduling but will do its very best to bring a wonderful experience to its audience. They also state that if tickets have already been purchased, then it can be moved to the new date or refunded.
The festival had originally planned to feature Incubus, God Charlotte, Bullet For My Valentine, Hatebreed, Attila and more. The festival is thinking about bringing more artists to the event to enhance the experiment.
Many people are upset about the announcement as many will be unable to attend on the date that it is changed to due to school or work. Many are angry that they had made time set aside to attend the event and made reservations to hotels near by, but now they have to go through the process of cancelling them. There are other comments that talk about how messed up the event has been through the lineup presented or the ticket process.
