At the annual Beastly Ball this Saturday, Slash shared the stage with Tenacious D and vocalist Jack Black to celebrate the Greater Los Angeles Zoo Association’s 50th anniversary on May 20.

It was sure to be a fun-loving show with Jack Black’s quirky dance moves and strong vocals we all know him very well for. They performed covers of classics like  “Welcome to the Jungle,” along with “Jungle Boogie,” “Papa Was a Rolling Stone,” “Can’t You Hear Me Knockin,” “Born to Be Wild,” “Jumpin’ Jack Flash,” “Immigrant Song” and “Gimme Shelter.”

Slash, who has had a strong relationship with the Greater Los Angeles Zoo Association, hoped to put together some great musicians for an event to remember for his fans and the zoo. The event helped raise funds for the zoo’s new Species Conservation Action Network which would allow them to have a designated Curator of Conservation, which would act on urgent animal conservation issues around the globe.

Check out a short snippet of the performance below.
