Singer Blackbear will be heading into the Bay Area this fall. He will be performing at the Oracle Arena on November 14th. He is set to open for Fall Out Boy; the singer will also be performing earlier in the summer, aka this month, at The Fillmore on May 25th.

The up and coming singer Blackbear, also known as Matthew Musto, stepped into the scene back in 2015. He recently released his fourth studio album Digital Druglord last month. That album is known for the songs do re mi, i miss the old u, and if i could i would feel nothing. Previous to that the singer has released three other studio albums, 2015’s Deadroses, 2015’s Help, and 2017’s Mansionz which he collaborated on with fellow singer Mike Posner. He has also released six other mixtapes and an EP. Other hits the singer has made include the songs Idfc, Dirty Laundry, 90210, make daddy proud, Valley Girls, Girls like U, and chateau. The Los Angeles native is quietly a successful songwriter, he co-wrote Justin Bieber’s hit breakout song Boyfriend. Blackbear has also been featured on his songs such as G-Eazy’s Remember Me, Machine Gun Kelly’s End of the Road, and Hoodie Allen’s Champagne and Pools. He also is known for producing music with superstars like Childish Gambino, Gnash, G-Eazy, and Mike Posner. Blackbear falls under the fusion genre of R&B and rap. His songs are solid lyrically, he has vocals, and kills it everytime he steps into the recording booth both as a producer and artist.

Fans of Kehlani, Jon Bellion, and Jhene Aiko will be down for this show and this artist. His sound is fun, fast, and catchy. He’s guaranteed to put on a show, so grab a ticket my dudes!
