Jurassic 5 Announce Summer 2017 Tour Dates

Eclectic hip-hop collective Jurassic 5 are back for a solid summer 2017 run of live dates, according to their website. The band is playing across the United States, kicking things off at Magnolia, TX’s Middlelands Festival, held at the Texas Renaissance Festival grounds, where they will share the stage with an electronic-heavy roster of talent that includes Bassnectar, Bonobo, Danny Brown and more.

The tour continues along the West Coast, giving some love to mid-size cities like Ventura, San Luis Obispo, Santa Cruz and Monterey. Then the tour hits the famous Red Rocks Amphitheatre in Colorado for a show with jazzy afro-beat ensemble The Motet. The group, made up of Akil, Zaakir, Marc 7, DJ Nu-Mark, Chali 2na and Cut Chemist, then head to the East Coast in June to hit all of the major cities, including a show at New York City’s new venue Brooklyn Steele. The tour wraps up back in the West, including a couple of early August festival appearances in Southern California.
