Crosby, Stills, Nash and Young Could Bury the Hatchet and Reunite Because of Trump Presidency

With the election and the actions taken by Trump’s administration, the rock group with Crosby, Stills, Nash and Young have said that they are willing to return, with this common dislike for the president.

The band had been torn because of many clashes between Graham Nash and David Crosby to the point where many thought they would never get back together. In the recent years, the Record Store Day has released an exclusive of David Crosby and the Light House, Neil Young has recently finished his performances at the Byron Bay Bluesfest, and Stephen Stills who has talked about shortened reunion in 2011.

According to Variety, Nash had stated in a interview “Here’s how I feel about it: I believe that the issues that are keeping us apart pale in comparison to the good that we can do if we get out there and start talking about what’s happening. So I’d be totally up for it even though I’m not talking to David and neither is Neil. But I think that we’re smart people in the end and I think we realize the good that we can do.”

According to Mixed Times, Crosby has also stated in a interview calling Trump  “without question the worst president we have ever had,” and also adding “He’s an idiot and a child and an asshole, and he’s brought a crew of rapists in with him to screw the economy every way they could and try to get more money for themselves,

Nash specifically has been fighting the Trump administration saying “You have to keep up your will to fight. You have to research your subject matter so that when people ask you about them you have good answers, true answers, you need to feel something before you create something like a song that could change the world, you have to remain really vigilant and strong. We cannot let this man undermine everything we have fought for over the last 30 years, which is what’s happening by the way. You couldn’t possibly write this script and have it accepted in Hollywood, they would laugh you out of the office. ‘Then this guy becomes president and did what?’ It’s a crazy story.” Along with this he’s been trying to get the younger generation of artists who have worked to benefit programs like Planned Parenthood and others to continue to be activist.
