Sun Kil Moon is back for their second EP release of 2017. Fans have lot of good music to listen to catch up on if they haven’t already heard the February double-album release of Common as Light and Love Are Red Valleys of Blood, because front man Mark Kozelek just released 5 new songs as the EP Night Talks. The album which is released through Kozelek’s Caldo Verde Records will be sent to you free if you purchase any music through their website previously released by the label. The album is available now on iTunes for purchase and will be available on the label website April 1st with the package deal.
Night Talks will have three brand new songs as well as a solo piano/vocal cover of Leonard Cohen’s “Famous Blue Raincoat” from a performance recorded live in San Francisco honoring the passed singer and a song by fellow label mate Kath Bloom. Hear the live cover of “Famous Blue Raincoat” below.
