Today, The Octopus Project has released their third single “Cuidate” off of their third album Memory Mirror which is planned to be released April 7th.
Toto Miranda, Yvonne Lambert, Josh Lambert, and now featuring multi-instrumentalist Lauren Gurgiolo are a part of this awesome band and have confirmed their SXSW schedule as well as headlining an East Coast tour. Things are moving and shaking in the world of The Octopus Project.
Back in January, the band had revealed that a new album was on the way this April and since the announcement, they have released 3 singles from it and fans look forward to seeing how the whole album will come together.
They again had the opportunity to work with Dave Fridmann on the song and it will be cool to see if he becomes a staple of the group.
Memory Mirror is an album that was worked extremely hard on. When you listen to these singles you can tell the extreme focus placed onto mixing and instrumentation.
