Hall And Oates Announces Summer 2017 Tour Dates With Tears For Fears

Fans of the late 70’s and 80’s are in for a trip down memory lane.

Today legendary duo Hall & Oates announced a joint tour with fellow synthpop rockers Tears for Fears. When you’re going for nostalgia, better to go all out.

The tour will kick off in May and last through the summer ending in July this year. Opening for the two groups is modern-day soul singer Allen Stone, who will perform an acoustic opening set across the span of the entire tour.

“I am very excited to be touring with Tears for Fears,” said Daryl Hall in a statement to Rolling Stone. “Their music has a timeless quality that complements what we do.”

Hall also called his fellow tour mates “one of [his] favorite bands,” and said that the tour “could be the start of a long relationship between Tears for Fears and us.”

For fans ready to relive their big-hair days, tickets will go on sale March 10, with the exception of closing L.A. show, which will have tickets available on the 17th.
