Hippie Sabotage @ The Regency Ballroom 3/1

Some good ‘ole Sac boys are coming back to the Bay this winter! Welcome back Hippie Sabotage as they go on their Chasing The Wild Tour. They will be playing the Regency Ballroom on March 1st, so kick off your month the right way with this show.

Hippie Sabotage is composed of two brothers, Kevin and Jeff Sauer, who started their EDM music career back in 2005. They started out as producers and moved into the DJing part of their career. Their most recent release was 2016’s Providence. Notable songs from that album include Devil Eyes and Gold. Previous to that, the duo has released two other full release albums 2016’s Vibes and 2014’s The Sunny Album; they have also released three other EPs. Their biggest hits include Your Soul, Ridin Solo, High Enough (my personal favorite), and Able To See Me. They have produced and been featured though on some of the biggest hits from the past few years. For example, they have remixed Tove Lo’s Habits, a few of Ellie Goulding’s songs, a popular remix of Charli XCX’s Boom Clap, and many more hits in the EDM music scene. This band has an infectious energy for just being a pair of musicians. They are known for energetic shows, their music is a rave staple. The band takes fun songs or pieces of hooks and their remixes are to die for.

Fans of Steve Aoki, Big Gigantic, and RL Grime will be down for this show. Come watch them tear it up on stage at the Regency. Grab a couple of friends and hit this show up becausw it’s gonna be a night to remember (or not… )!
