The Avalanches Announce Summer 2017 Tour Dates

When news broke about the 2017 Coachella lineup, fans freaked out when The Avalanches were among the inclusive list. Now when it looked like the news couldn’t get any better, The Avalanches announced a list of tour dates following their Weekend One Coachella performance in April. The Australian electronic music group will also be performing in Nevada’s Biggest Little City, Reno and it’s Sin City Las Vegas. A couple months later in June, The Avalanches are also set to perform at the Governors Ball on Randall’s Island in New York. Click below for a list of dates and links for Ticketmaster and Ticketfly.

The performances will be the group’s first shows in the United States for fiveteen years, making American fans mark their calenders for the fateful day they are reunited with their favorite band again–at least face to face. Last year, The Avalanches released their second studio album called Wildflower and dropped several music videos from the album including one for their track called “Subways.” They also released song in December called “Bad Day” featuring Freddie Gibbs that you can listen to here.

Last year the group headlined at Australian Music Festival Splendor in the Grass, alongside At the Drive-In and the Strokes.

Catch me at your local music festival, because there's nothing better than laying back in the grass and listening to your favorite bands or discovering new ones.
