Pop band powerhouse New Pornographers is set to release its new album Whiteout Conditions on April 2017. The influential sound of New Pornographers has been resonating with fans for the last decade and a half and with the release of a new video and the highly anticipated new album it doesn’t look like they have any plans of stopping.
Their latest single “High Ticket Attraction” is smash hit record that comes accompanied by an beautifully interactive video (directed by Chris Shier). Their notably rigid analog pop sounds fails to amaze listeners as singers A.C. Newman and Neko (Case) fret back and forth with pure pop melody expertly layered in. This is the latest release from New Pornographers since their last released a single in 2014, called “Dancehall Dommie“.
Whiteout Conditions will be released through the groups own record label Collected Works Records. This should be exciting for fans because this will be the first time the group will have complete creative control, letting them dive deeper into their already staple synthetic pop sound!
