WATCH: Mike Patton Live Debuts Tētēma at Mona Foma

This weekend was the Tasmanian music Festival Mona Foma and Mike Patton of Faith no More debut his band Tētēma for their first public performance. Didn’t have the funds to travel to Hobart, Tasmania and attend the five day festival? Luckily, someone caught the set on video and posted 11 minutes of the rockin’ show to YouTube. They showcase their insane vocals, opening the performance with the hypnotizing notes of “Ten Years Tricked” that set the tone for the rest of the show. Click below to watch the entire video.

Tētēma released their debut album Geocidal in December of last year and produced 11 songs for the LP, including “Tenz” which you can listen to here.

Frontman Mike Patton has been keeping busy, joining supergroup Deadcross as the lead singer as well. Patton also performed Virginal Co Ordinates at the Sacrum Profanum festival in Krakow, Poland.

McKenzie Dillon: University of Nevada, Reno Alumna. I graduated with a major in writing and a minor in journalism. I enjoy reading, writing, and listening to music of course. I was raised in the bay area, and am thrilled to be living back in California. Catch me at your local music festival, because there's nothing better than laying back in the grass and listening to your favorite bands or discovering new ones.
