Nick Oliveri Announces Compilation Album No Hits At All For January 2017 Release

Nick Oliveri fans are on the edge of their seats amidst the announcement regarding a compilation album titled N.O. Hits At All, allegedly set to drop this month. The multi-instrumentalist has been a part of many musical acts, including Kyuss and Queens of the Stone Age from 1998 to 2004. The album will feature a mixture of old and new, Kyuss songs and QOTSA songs, coming together as a smorgasbord of Nick Oliveri’s best hits–hence the initials in the album title.

Oliveri commented on the album, saying“This record is the Volume One of a series of compilations in which I recorded the vocals. Bands that I like and bands that like my singing voice enough to have asked me to “guest vocal” on a song for their records. Some of these have been released and some have not until now.”

Oliveri went on to mention several of the notable artists he has worked with, and expressed his excitment for the anticipated album. He said, “Now for the first time, all these songs and bands I’ve recorded with over the past 25 years are together and available to you to trip out on. So get your head right, put this record on and play it loud!”

Volume one of the album will be released on January 27 via Heavy Psych Sounds.

Recently Oliveri teamed up with Cro-Mags member John Joseph and others to form supergroup called Bloodcot. According to the band’s Facebook page, they will be releasing their debut album in the end of March or early April.
